SoCo Women’s Chorus sings beloved folk, spiritual, country, Tejano, and rock classics in a vibrant choral concert with a live band.
With heartfelt storytelling and powerful melodies, this vibrant program celebrates the power of music to connect and transform. Featuring songs made famous by Dolly Parton, Selena, Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, Lydia Mendoza, and Redbone, this concert brings beloved classics and new favorites to life. Plus, experience the world premiere of a stunning choral work by Appalachian composer Sherry Blevins, commissioned through our Bluebonnet Fund for New Music.
Saturday, May 17th at 6pm and Sunday, May 18th at 4pm. Our Sunday performance will include American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation.
