Dyke March is a march to celebrate dykehood! We aim to make this year’s D¥ke March more of a protest than a party. Prioritizing the safety of BIPOC queers and D¥kes, we will be hosting educational workshops that directly engage with our community and provide valuable resources.
Shout out to OUTsider Festival, Vivent Health, and Clear The Air ATX for sponsoring this march. ASL Interpretation will be provided. Sliding-scale donations, no one turned away for lack of funds! RSVPs encouraged, or check-in at the door. Dyke March aims to celebrate, uplift, remember and activate for the Dyke community in Austin with a hyperfocus on Black, Brown, Indigenous, and POC community members. We are protesting for the Dyke experience, queer rights, liberation of all bodies, and liberation from imperialism + colonialism — from Palestine to Congo.
