Experience the warmth of a community coming together to celebrate the richness of Black Joy. Share smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments with friends and neighbors. Join us as we come together to celebrate Black History Month. Be inspired by gifted and thought-provoking speakers who will share their stories, insights, and perspectives on the significance of Black Joy in our lives and communities.
The excitement doesn’t end with the panel! Uno is a staple in many Black households and a vehicle for joy. Unleash your competitive spirit and join our Uno tournament for a chance to showcase your skills, enjoy friendly competition, win fun prizes, and, most importantly, have a blastNetwork with fellow community members who share a passion for celebrating Black Joy and honoring Black History month. This is an intergenerational, multi-cultural family-friendly event, all are welcome.
Event Highlights & Anticipated Agenda:

✨ 2:05-2:15pm: Poetry Reading by KB Brookins
✨ 2:20-3:10pm: Black Joy Panel
✨ 3:10-4:00pm: Uno Tournament
