Event Description:
Me | You | Us is a one-day retreat designed to explore emotional intelligence through social dance, co-creation, and embodied presence. This public event invites movers of all backgrounds to reconnect with themselves and others through guided solo, partner, and group practices.

Hosted by Keely Duong, the retreat features special guest artists Luan and Adriana, World Champion Brazilian Zouk dancers and master teachers. Together, they will guide participants in developing deeper awareness, attention, and balance through movement, expression, and shared experience.

The retreat includes:
– Morning solo and partner movement sessions
– Midday integration and nourishment
– Evening co-creation and partnered exploration
– A closing Practica for reflection, dance, and community
– Optional Friday night gathering includes a poolside potluck and casual social dancing to connect and soften into the weekend.
– No partner or prior experience required. All are welcome.

Tickets: $300
Includes all programming and pescatarian/vegetarian meals
