Panoramic Voices is thrilled to partner with local flute and harp duo, Chaski, who will be kicking off their 40th anniversary season with a festive holiday program featuring Britten’s iconic “Ceremony of Carols” concerts on December 14th and 15th. Join us in the stunning Austin Public Library downtown for a full program of bombastic holiday arrangements—including some singalongs—to start your season off right!
Benjamin Britten’s namesake work gives this concert its title, and will be complimented by other exceptional, upbeat arrangements of holiday favorites. We’ll perform original works by local composer Adrienne Inglis (flutist of Chaski), highlight solo performances by this exceptional local duo, and even offer a singalong opportunity or two!
This holiday season, we are encouraging guests to bring a pair of clean, new socks to donate to Austin’s unhoused population. Panoramic will be working with a local non-profit to distribute your donations to those in need as we approach the coldest part of the year. More information will be sent prior to concerts!
As always, Panoramic guarantees a good time, complete with festive snacks and refreshments, delightful visuals, audience participation, and the very best of company! But don’t take our word for it—join us this December and kick of your holiday PANO-style.
