Sonic Transmissions Festival 2025in association with Epistrophy Arts
Austin’s Sonic Transmissions Festival returns September 11-14, 2025, bringing together cutting-edge sounds from Texas, Chicago, New York, Amsterdam, and Norway. Spanning multiple venues (Draylen Mason Music Studio at KMFA / Austin Scottish Rite Theater / DadaLab / MONKS / Radio East), this year’s festival showcases radical artists pushing the limits of jazz, rock, folk, experimental, and global traditions. Co-presented by Austin’s essential experimental music organization, Epistrophy Arts, the 2025 edition highlights fearless creative voices with the rallying cry: “SHAKE YOUR APATHY!”
