WHAT: AFFORDABLE HEADSHOT SESSIONS
WHEN: Prepaid appointments only from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday, April 20 & 21, 2024. No walk-ups, please.
WHERE: Sterling Stage Austin, 6134 E Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78723 (just NE of the intersection of I-35 & US-290E)
WHY: How old is YOUR headshot? Steve Rogers Photography can provide you with a current, professional headshot for many occasions — including the ATX Theatre Citywide Auditions, which are coming up in June 2024.*
HOW: Choose your time slot and complete your payment in advance.

Headshot session tips:
• Wear a solid-color shirt/top. Colors that highlight your eyes are always good. V-necks often frame the face nicely. Avoid patterned shirts and white shirts.
• The goal here is to capture a moment that looks like you on your best day. Casting directors expect you to look like your headshot, so retouching should be minimal.
• Good headshots are all about the eyes – alive, energized, specific and clear. Steve will make sure they’re perfectly in focus. You might mess around with actions to play or even subtext in the mirror at home before the shoot to practice actively bringing your eyes to immediate life.

HOW MUCH: $60 prepaid gets you a 20-minute photography session, ample time to choose your headshot right after the session, light retouching if needed on your one digital image, and one high-resolution digital image delivered to you via an emailed link (retouched images will be delivered within 48 hours).
