Event Description:
Join acclaimed Brazilian dance artist Letícia Castro for an immersive series of Lambada classes in Austin, TX, rooted in Afro-Brazilian partner dance and musical heritage. Designed for dancers of all levels, these weekly sessions offer a rare opportunity to explore Lambada’s rhythm, technique, and flow in a progressive format.
The schedule includes:
– Lambada Refresher (May 15 & 16)
– Lambada Level I (Tuesdays, May 20 & 27)
– Lambada Level I Drills + Follower’s Technique (Wednesdays, May 21 & 28)
Classes center community, connection, and cultural history while offering technical insight and movement joy. Come experience the pulse of Lambada in Austin!
